What is the return policy?

Our Return Policy

Most items purchased from our store are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery, excluding custom-made products, oversized items, and personal goods. To qualify for a return, items must be ​unopened, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging. Please note that ​Customers are responsible for return shipping costs​ if the return is due to a change of mind or buyer's responsibility.

For Damaged or Defective Items:​​ If you receive a damaged or defective product (including damage caused during international shipping), please notify us within ​24 hours​ of delivery. To process your claim, email to ​service@robotnets.com with two clear photos showing the damage/defect. and a copy of the international shipping label. (We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video to protect your rights.) We will offer a ​free replacement or full refund, including covering return shipping costs at no expense to customers.
